All of our Personal Trainers meet nationally recognized certification standards for fitness by the American College of Sports Medicine,  National Strength and Conditioning Association, and/or American Council on Exercise.

Lynn HajnalLynn’s background includes Firefighting, competitive bodybuilding and long distance cycling. Lynn is an accomplished Reiki Practitioner.

Terry LindeTerry has been  involved in the fitness industry for over 24 years and been involved with motocross for over 35 years. He has worked in clubs, owned clubs and has developed his own personal training and nutrition systems specifically for motocross.

Suzy CornellSuzy is a former competitive body builder, and tri athlete. She now competes in open water swimming, and is an avid backpacker and sea kayaker.
